IHOP - Store # 582- 2990 Donnell Drive - Made all the difference - 7/28/12

On Saturday, July 28, 2012, my friend and her two children decided to visit IHOP (Store #582) at 2990 Donnell Drive, Forestville, MD for breakfast before we went grocery shopping. When we entered the premises we were met by some challenges initially, and I expressed my concerns to Tyrinda, who is the Store Manager and Danielle, the Regional Manager. They quickly responded and treated us royally. The food was excellent, service was outstanding and they made a believer out of me. They even went so far as to pick up the tab for our party. Wow! Thank you Tyrinda and Danielle for your quick thinking and response and salvaging what could have been a disastrous encounter. More managers need to take from your example and convert an unpleasant experience into a memorable one. When in the Forestville area, please visit IHOP - Store #582- and say hi to Tyrinda and Danielle and the great folks at IHOP.

Ann at Fidelity has a way with people

Today I called (Mon, Mar 19) and spoke with Ann at Fidelity. Ann was so pleasant and extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable, warm, and efficient. Her pleasant tone and caring nature made my experience with Fidelity  a great one. Ann makes Fidelity look good. Others could learn from Ann. She is the embodiment of great customer service. Thanks Ann.

Tessa V. at Tmobile (Lenexa, KS) is one-of-a-kind

Having made a call on Sat, Mar 17 to T-mobile,  I was greeted by an enthusiastic customer service rep named Tessa V. Tessa (ID # 32733) was fantastic! I heard the smile in her voice and I could feel the warmth from her service. From start to finish of my call, she was perky, chipper and knew exactly what to do. It took Tessa very little time to resolve my problem and complete the call. Tessa definitely loves what she does and she conveys it. We need more Tessas in the workplace. She was awesome.

Samantha Esch @ Staples (Largo, MD) was incredible

On February 16, 2012, I walked into Staples (Store #1746) in Largo, MD with a dilemna. Samantha Esch greeted me immediately with her eyes and her friendly disposition. I explained that I was short of business cards and had two network meetings to attend. At the time, Samantha mentioned challenges with their color printer and she wasn't certain she could complete my order. When I stressed the importance of needing the cards, Samantha kicked it into high gear and made things happen. I was so pleased with her attitude and dilligence. She saved my day. Request her by name, when at the Largo area Staples.

Can we give big thumbs up to Terri H. at Carecentrix 1/30/12

Terri H. at Carecentrix took time out of her day to provide great customer care. She was very professional, courteous and gave great attention to detail. Other professionals can learn from Terri H. and the way she does things right. Thanks, Terri. It didn't go unnoticed.
