Ann at Fidelity has a way with people

Today I called (Mon, Mar 19) and spoke with Ann at Fidelity. Ann was so pleasant and extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable, warm, and efficient. Her pleasant tone and caring nature made my experience with Fidelity  a great one. Ann makes Fidelity look good. Others could learn from Ann. She is the embodiment of great customer service.
