Samantha Esch @ Staples (Largo, MD) was incredible

On February 16, 2012, I walked into Staples (Store #1746) in Largo, MD with a dilemna. Samantha Esch greeted me immediately with her eyes and her friendly disposition. I explained that I was short of business cards and had two network meetings to attend. At the time, Samantha mentioned challenges with their color printer and she wasn't certain she could complete my order. When I stressed the importance of needing the cards, Samantha kicked it into high gear and made things happen. I was so pleased with her attitude and dilligence. She saved my day.
