IHOP - Store # 582- 2990 Donnell Drive - Made all the difference - 7/28/12

On Saturday, July 28, 2012, my friend and her two children decided to visit IHOP (Store #582) at 2990 Donnell Drive, Forestville, MD for breakfast before we went grocery shopping. When we entered the premises we were met by some challenges initially, and I expressed my concerns to Tyrinda, who is the Store Manager and Danielle, the Regional Manager. They quickly responded and treated us royally. The food was excellent, service was outstanding and they made a believer out of me. They even went so far as to pick up the tab for our party. Wow! Thank you Tyrinda and Danielle for your quick thinking and response and salvaging what could have been a disastrous encounter. More managers need to take from your example and convert an unpleasant experience into a memorable one.
