Pamela at Fidelity served me with style

On Tuesday, December 27, I spoke with Pamela at Fidelity Investments who was extremely professional with me from the start of our conversation until the end. She was cordial, friendly, knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly and completely, to the best of her knowledge. If she didn't know an answer, she politely put me on hold and came back thanking me for holding. She was very friendly and I felt safe in talking with her.
