Tamela and Anna are true problem solvers at Staples

On December 13, 2011, I contacted Staples regarding a business account I have and explained the need to change my payment date and delay of payment received. Tamela, whom I spoke with first, was very helpful, friendly and professional and directed me to Anna. Anna completed this transaction by allowing me to change my due date and make my payment at an agreed time. Thanks to them, I am able  to maintain a good name and payment history with Staples. Thank you ladies for your courteous customer service and assistance towards me. I never could have done this without you.
