Such professionalism from Britney Crankfield at Loews Hotel - Annapolis, MD

I had the pleasure of experiencing great professionalism from Britney Crankfield when I stayed at the Loews Hotel this past week  in Annapolis, Maryland for a business trip. Britney met you at the front desk with a smile and professional demeanor that every employee needs to have.
She was polite, friendly and patient even after I misplaced my hotel room key. Britney's attitude and  warm smile can any stranger feel welcome. I would recommend visting  Loews Hotel in Annapolis, MD and requesting Britney by name. The customer service overall is excellent.
