When we first sat down to dine at IHOP this morning (10/16), Ms. Lisa Estes, our server, was quick to greet us. She gave me and my guest each a menu, took our order for drinks and said that she would be right with us. Although it was crowded and every table just about full, Lisa promptly came back to take our order. Before our meal was received, Lisa made certain to update us on the status of our plates.
Even after we received our meal and Lisa continued her round with other customers, she was diligent to constantly check on us and our satisfaction with the food and service. Lisa was great and did what can make the difference in a returning customers. Kudos to Lisa in providing great customer service and providing a little humor. Any customer would be happy to have Lisa Estes as a server. After our dining she thanked us for eating at IHOP and mentioned that she'll be at the new IHOP location in NW, Washington, DC. Don't forget to request Lisa by name in your next visit. She's a good example of providing great service.
