The ladies at PayLess Store - Penn Station (District Heights)

When I walked in the door at PayLess Shoe Store (5646 Silver Hill Road, District Heights, MD) on 10/1/11, I was immediately greeted by a warm, friendly staffer named Arielle Brodnax. As I moved toward the back of the store, Carnita Hill was there to greet me. The ladies were wonderful. They were attentive, responsive and hospitable all along my shopping experience. Ms. Hill even went beyond the call of duty and returned shoes for me and found a pair that fit me correctly. She even chatted with me briefly while I shopped.
