Forgot Britney's great service from Loews Hotel in Annapolis

Sometime back (Oct 2010), I had the pleasure of traveling to the Loews Hotel in Annapolis away on business with my company. At the front desk, I was warmly greeted by Britney Crankfield. Britney was friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I felt she enjoyed her job and that reflected in her attitude. Whenever you're in Annapolis, look up Britney Crankfield at the great people at Loews Hotel. Great service, great food and clean accomodations. I love Loews Hotel.
