Barbara Clemons made my day at MD Comptroller's Office - Landover, MD

No one feels goosebumps when you're told you have to make a trip to the MD Comptroller's Office and I was no exception. However, Barbara Clemons, who is the receptionist at this substation office, changed my mind. When stepping in the doors of this office on 11/2/10,  Barbara was so warm, extremely friendly, and  professional that she made me feel at ease and took my mind off the reason I was there. After leaving the premises and her presence, I expressed to her that she has given me a different opinion about the MD Comptroller's system, in general. She mentioned that it was her honor and duty to serve every customer that walks through the door with the utmost respect. If I should ever have to make a trip there again (and Lord knows I'm not planning on it) look for Barbara Clemons. She will light up anyone's world.
