My visit with Jose Santa Cruz at MAACO - Store #M1209/Capitol Hts, MD

On a recent trip to MAACO in Capitol Heights, MD  during the weekend of October 1,  I was acknowledged immediately by Jose Santa Cruz upon entering the door. Jose sat working at his computer. While he excused himself briefly, he then politely asked how he could service me. Upon exiting the door to look at my vehicle, Jose thoroughly gave me an estimate and provided discount information. He then printed a summary sheet explaining the costs. Jose met all the criteria of great customer service. I look forward to having my needs taken care of at MAACO.
