Because of my hunger pains on October 1, I decided to visit KFC in Capitol Heights, MD. I was waited on from Kimberly Dohawk in the drive-thru. Kimberly took my order and had me to proceed and pay for it.
At that time Kimberly mentioned that my order wasn't quite ready and for me to pull over to the side. I waited shortly and Kimberly personally came to my car. She then explained that what I had ordered wasn't completely available and made a substitute. Upon explaining my desire not to take advantage of the substitute, Kimberly hurriedly went in and corrected my order. Kimberly made an unsatisfied situation into a great experience.
